Xiaohong Zhuang
My research interest is plant cell biology and membrane trafficking, with a focus on the underlying molecular mechanism of selective autophagy and autophagosome formation in plants and green algae. My lab is currently using integrated cellular, omics analysis and 3D electron microscopy approaches to dissect the regulatory network for membrane remodeling in plant autophagy for stress resilience.
